I have an perfect optimized eye model simulated from a paper, but in this paper RMS of high order aberration is 0.054 micrometer, which I really do not know how should I introduce that to my model. (I do not know weather is it important or not but I already introduced to this perfect model defocu=-0.36D and astigmatism=-0.25D separately)
The question sounds very vague. Maybe you can be more specific about what kind of model you are using:
What do you consider a "perfect" eye model?
What are the difference between your model and the published model?
How were aberrations measured?
My model is an perfect reversed eye model, whivh in paper mentioned RMSof high order aberriation=0.054 micrometer in 0.555 monochromatic wavelength.Unfortunatly the paper did not explained more . They are measured using wavefront aberriation test after smile surgery.
In order to reproduce the aberrations in a numerical in silico model, you want to know more than just a total RMS value to aim for. You need to include higher order terms in the mathematical surface description for the optical surface that you want to use to induce the aberrations. Then you can optimize their coefficients based on the desired wavefront-pattern.
