I'm extracting total RNA from yeast with MasterPure- Yeast RNA Purification Kit - Epicentre but when I run the sample in a gel I can see plasmidic DNA left even after treatment with DNAse

Adding DNAse will remove all DNA materials, , please check the procedure again

If DNA is resistant to DNAse treatment it might be that it is not actually DNA but RNA. Any picture of gel available?
