Hi,
I have some general idea, why gas turbine power out put and heat rate will change due to changes in ambient air temperature , humidity , elevation, %loading, steam/water injection,etc.
But can someone give some idea, how these curves have been generated? what are all the curves will differ from different model of GT? Which modeling software will be used to estimate the factors? Any docs for hand calculation?

There are two main ways the curves are generated.
1). Small perturbations in a theoretical model to give linear approximations
2). Experiments

General Electric has a program called "Apps" that they give to some people. It will compute a lot of these things for you for several different engines. I can't give you a copy, because it's GE's property. If you can find someone in their Gas Turbine Sales department they might give you a copy.
