I know a few different methods to specifically label RNAs with fluorophores. I was wondering if I can also do this enzymatically within a bacterial system. This means I would like to know whether there is an enzyme which adds a certain fluorophore to RNA sequences (preferably to a sequence of my choice)? I am open for all kinds of information on this topic, but the labeling should happen within a bacterial or lower eucaryotic system (e.g. yeast).

Thank you for the ideas.
