For the most part, I don't see why you couldn't run through a typical TEM protocol and throw in uranyl acetate as an en bloc stain. Osmium will bind/stain your unsaturated lipids (myelin) and UA will stain the scaffold (like collagen and negatively-charged things). Otherwise, 1/2 strength Karnovsky's should take care of everything else.
Your main worry will probably be shrinkage and extraction from your dehydration gradient, which you might have to troubleshoot.
