How can I fit model in nano ITC analyser when the sample contains a mixture of different molecules with a known ligand?

I'm working with algal organic matter (molecular weight unknown) to titrate with different ligands. How can I fit them into the model when I don't know their molecular weight. So I can't put any values to mM. Please suggest.
