Is it possible to monotonically increase the load to failure,
Abaqus will solve the problem incrementally and at each increment you should be able to extract the amplitude of the UDL and a sample displacement. You can then plot your load displacement graph.
Your describtion of the problem is not clear. what kind of iteration you used. do you use incremental loading. do you use load control or riks.
did you prescribed the point at which the load and displacement will be saved for plotting. i think if you describe your problem more we may help you.
You should create the load and the displacment curves on the XY data (ODB field Output) then operate on it to make the curve you want
Create a set of the area/point of your load application and load the beam with prescribed displacement. In your history output request, request the reaction force and displacement at that set in desired direction. After the simulation, these responses can be saved and combined in XY data to get Load-displacement curve.
