By your question, I understand that you want to know the start and end of metallothionein gene in Trichoderma to design primer in a specific region. Below, I am explaining, how you can find the sequence of metallothionein gene in Trichoderma reesei.
Step 1 - Follow the link to reach the Ensembl database of fungi - http://fungi.ensembl.org/index.html
Step 2 - Search your the genome you need by typing the name of your species in the search box. For this search, type in 'trichoderma' in search box and Trichoderma reesei will be shown in list, select Trichoderma reesei to reach its genome.
Step 3 - Click on Trichoderma reesei.
Step 4 - Search for the name of gene you need, in the search box - For this case, we will search metallothionein. This will take you to the page of metallothionein gene. Click on the gene ID (Gene ID - M419DRAFT_126230) to know more details about your gene. On newly opened page, in left panel, if you will click on sequence, you can see the sequence of metallothionein-I gene, both introns and exons.
