How can I find about highly cited and hot paper by my affiliation of Nutrition and Food Sciences research center in Scopus site?
I should search and find the number of citation since 3 years ago for my affiliation!
Go on scopus website, click on search, select affiliation among the options, type in the affiliation name you are interested in, select the research area in the list, in the upper right corner of the results page, open the drop-down window named "sort on" and select "cited by (highest)". That's it.

You can look for in google scholar about the paper had high scores with citation that must be published in scopus journal
