I love the comic style of some protein images in Protein Data Bank. It looks like a comic drawing (see attached image).
I noticed that YASARA Model (but not YASARA View) is able to do this, but due to economic reasons I need to find other free solution.
Does anybody know any way to get this kind of images?

Not trivial, I remember a colleague of mine used a combination of VMD and Gimp to obtain something similar to that...

If you're a good enough artist and you have a scanner, then you can just draw it and scan it. That's a free solution. :-]
Its mesh surface model of protein molecule. u can download any protein molecule from PDB and u can view it in pymol like this style.

It would seem VMD allows you to choose your own shader, http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/minitutorials/glsloutline/. The aesthetic you are referring to is called cel shading after the traditional painting of cels in animation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cell_shading.
What you are looking for is QuteMol http://qutemol.sourceforge.net/
They even have a setting called "Molecule of the Month"
You could also consider to use UCSF Chimera to get something close, that then you could refine with some image manipulation (in Gimp, Photoshop or others). See http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/ImageGallery/entries/clathrin/clathrin.html for an example by using only Chimera, and http://snaremedia.ca/tag/david-goodsell/ for an excellent tutorial on combining Chimera and Photoshop.
It's maybe a bit late, but try Qutemol, it has presets already built in. cheers
