Although this is my favourite one (perhaps because the first I used), Fullprof is perhaps not the easiest to use and fastest for quantitative analysis. Recently I learned basic use of MAUD and franckly speaking, wonderfull!! But be carefull with apparence. If you don´t have any microstructure problems (althouth Maud seems really good for those problems), and if you have repetitve analysis (always the same phases but differente amounts), it can be really fast I think. For a complete (but expensive) solution, you have the famous TOPAS from Bruker (http://www.bruker.com/products/x-ray-diffraction-and-elemental-analysis/x-ray-diffraction/xrd-software/applications/xrd-software-applications/topas.html).
If you go for MAUD (it means you want to do more than using a "black-box" software), you have luck because Luca Lutterotti, Mateo Leoni or Daniel Chateigner (and surely more...) are in researchgate and perhaps the best persons to ask about MAUD.

We are also using Amphorea a program developed by us used for Rietveld analysis in ancient ceramic and artifacts. We can help you if you are interested
I have .rd format file with me right now. I can easily find the phase of my sample using xpert highscore v 1.0b but i am unable to find the % of all the material present in my sample. I have tried reitveld analysis but unable to understand perfectly. I need video or lecture regarding how to perform quantitative analysis using maud, gsad or fullprog....please provide me steps for performing the quantitative analysis. I can opt of the commercial paid version of software right now as i am now going to submit my thesis.
