Thank you for ur reply, but one more thing is that if it is mineralized, the nature/properties of the metal will be changed. Then I cant prepare my desired compound (SrBi2Ta2O9). Also i should get back in powder fom of SrBi2Ta2O9 compound.

You can dissolve tantalum oxide simply by addition of Hydrofluric acid(HF-40%)(very corrosive, use only plastic wares) and aging for a day.
