How can I dissolve Ta2O5 (tantalum (V) oxide)?

I want to prepare a SrBi2Ta2O9 by a chemical route. So, I have to dissolve the Ta2O5 and mix with other solutions. Can anyone tell me a way to dissolve Ta2O5?
