How can I dissolve KCl in water effectively?

Hello everyone, I need to dissolve 340 grams of KCl (muriate of potassium) in 700 ml of water to achieve a required concentration. I cannot increase the amount of water, and I have tried heating it, but it crystallizes upon cooling. It is crucial that the 340 grams remain unchanged to reach the desired concentration.
