I want to prepare a 100 mM guanosine (G6264 from Sigma) solution to add it in a HCT116 cell culture at a 100 uM concentration.
It didn't work neither in water nor in 1N acetic acid solution.

It is very difficult to obtain even a 10-20 mM solution of guanosine, you may tray an alkaline pH and exposition at high temperature, good luck
what about DMSO? We use that for derivatives of adenine and it works well.

you may use a solution 10%NaOH to prepare mother solution and adjust the pH with HCl To avoid precipitation, you need to use the solution once prepared (within 30min).
