I have acquired some chep LED lights which apparently emith UV to NIR light (will need to measure it with a pyranometer in my setting anyway). I am trying to get a photocatalytic intrinsic reaction rate following a methodoly just like the one this paper reports "Intrinsic kinetics of clofibric acid photocatalytic degradation in a fixed-film reactor". I am not exaclt sure with wht an optical neutral filter is, as they onlye stet it is CoSO4. Anyone knows about anything alike that might help me achieve my goal? Thank you

LED does not "emith" UVC light, and very little of UVB light
The simplest way to decrease the light intensity is to increase the distance between the light source and the reactor. A "grey"(neutral density) filter is another option
If you want to decrease the intensity without affecting the spectral energy distribution you may consider a specially made neutral density filter. These are essentially more precise versions of those used in astronomy to decrease the total light received from bright objects such as the moon. Alternatively, if possible, simply increase the distance between the light source and object you are exposing to the LED.

I faced the same problem during my research. I had some LED for plant production and I wanted to decrease light intensity.
as Yurii V Geletii and Mitchell Revalski said, you can increase the distant between light source and plants.
Another way that I have used is that, I decreased the input voltage of LEDs by a dimmer and as a result, their intensity became lower.
