How can I deal with the non-specific binding in XIST-RNA-FISH?

I'm trying to detect the XIST-RNA expression in Breast cancer cells using the Biotin and Digoxin probes. However, there are always non-specific bindings in my results. I have added RNase-inhibitor in several steps and all reagents were made with DEPC water. But the results are not good. How can I get better results?
