How can I culture hcmec/d3 cell?

I'm having problem for culturing hcmec/D3 cell. I tried with collagen or gelatin. In gelatin the cells are dividing but not differentiating. Any advice in the usage of collagen. I´m using collagen from merck millipore, dilution 1/20 in PBS 1X.
