How can I convert .cdf mass spectrometry files to mzML?

I can't analyse my mass spectrometric data (from Hiden Analalytical MASSoft) because it only saves in .cdf or .csv files. I have tried MSConvert but it doesn't seem to support .cdf files. Does anyone else happen to know a simple way to convert the data?
