I use Langendorff perfusion of rabbit heart for optical mapping study.
During the experiment, I oxygenate Tyrodes' solution including BSA.
That will make so much bubble in Tyrodes' and sometimes spill out.
How can we control this bubbling during the study?
So far I have been using plastic wrap, but that does not work well.

...."If in this system proteins have to be added to the perfusion solution,
it is necessary to add these solutions via a T-connector directly to the pre-gassed perfusion solution at the level of the aortic cannula. Bubbling a solution containing proteins would otherwise produce large quantities of foam.
Alternatively, an oxygenator (according to Schuler) may be used for oxygenation
of the perfusion solution." ....
