How can I choose a potential for chronoamperometry?

I want to do photocurrent measurement to prove the accelerated charge transfer in photocatalytic dye degradation using g-C3N4. How can I choose reference electrode, counter electrode, electrolyte, and potential for chronoamperometry measurement?
