I am trying to use U2OS FRT Trex Flipin system.
I use pOG44 vector for recombinase along with pCDNA5 FRT vector with my gene.
I tried with Roche Extreme gene Hp and Extreme Gene 9 transfection reagents. Unfortunately I do not get any stable transfectants.
Any suggestions or Ideas would be greatly helpful.

Moreover, I think you could find interesting to test alternative to your transfection reagents. These transfection reagents are biodegradable and present high level of nucleic acid compaction.
