I am planning to use TEM to image the dispersion of nanoclays and CNT's in the bulk epoxy sample and I am assuming that I will have to deal with enormous charging at ~ 200KV. What would be the best technique to reduce charging in the CNT's (say 1-5%) dispersed in bulk Epoxy sample?

Your input and suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks!

Note: I tried using SEM (~30KV) with around 20nm 'Au' sputtered on top to downplay the charging, but still I see the boil on the sample surface.
