I have CHO-DP12 cells from ATCC and need them to grow in suspicion so I can inoculate a WAVE bioreactor. For adherent growth I use DEMEM with 10% Ultra Low IgG FBS and 5%Insulin-Transferrin-Selenium. The goal is to grow the cells in suspension and harvest the IL8 antibody.

Update: I was able to adapt the cells to suspension, with the media used for adherent growth, however it seems that the antibody production has decreased significantly.
