when one do CV experiment for HSA/BSA it give peak in presence of drug.as it is a electrochemical process,electron responsible for redox process.for biological molecule what is responsible for giving redox peak ? means explanation of peak ? answer me plzzz

If you are getting peak in CV, it means there is transfer of electron/s. Oxidation or reduction will be reflected in CV cycle as oxidation or reduction peaks. Biological molecules can give peaks in CV, for example Uric acid and Vitamin C are redox molecules (undergo reduction) and show peaks in CV and DPV. Here you mentioned some drug and protein. Both can give redox peaks, depending upon their electrochemical behavior. For example paracetamol is drug that gives peak in CV. If proteins have redox centers then also they can give CV peaks. I think in your experiment you want to find which component is responsible for CV peak. you can try drug and protein separately for CV, the redox part will give peak.
thank you Jyotsna for answering me ....generaly HSA (my protein) upon addition of drug CV decrease but in my case it increase ..can u tell what is the problem ?
are you following previous reported CV peak here (as you mentioned 'generally') ? Do CV of only drug, then see if it is responsible for CV peak.
If you want to see if the electrochemical peak is associated with one or another chemical molecule you only have to add more of that compound in the solution and if the peak growth that means it participates on the reaction.
