Although there is a huge amount of useful materiel available for psycho education however the method and style with which such useful information is delivered played a significant role in creating meaningful impression in the lives of children .How different concepts in psychology are tailored with the daily experiences of the children,how the children are empowered to deal with various academic task effectively and how they can deal with the other stressors in a practical and activity based training seem to work in favor of children.

According to Maslow pyramid, the student can reach a stage where he/she can use what they achieved during learning process and to be able to take decision (a domain in bloom taxonomies), he/she should have the basic needs (physiological and safety) and psychological needs. For this reason in each developed curriculum there is the hidden curriculum (related to psychology). Also the methodology that is used during the learning process is very important like active learning instead of traditional teaching because the active learning focus on the student where he/she is the center, and the social-emotional skills can be improvement through teaching methods like cooperative learning or discussion, etc..... Also the positive behavior of the teacher towards the students is very important, where the teacher can used motivation and self-esteem instead of punishment.

As I specially work on Strengths based therapy, at first we identify the signature character strengths of adolescents according to their experiences and also they filling up VIA, after that they use some ways weekly their signature character strengths on their daily life and share us their experience to the group.
