I see some negative peaks on the chromatogram & we believe that Sucrose is playing a part in causing them too. DP= Drug product.
Use ion exchange SPE to retain the AA and allow the neutral sucrose to pass through unretained with the sample wash - lots of application notes out there from chromatography companies
