Hi everyone, I am working on developing a HPLC method for quantifying amino acids in a DP that has 8% sucrose.Any leads on how to remove the sucrose?

I see some negative peaks on the chromatogram & we believe that Sucrose is playing a part in causing them too. DP= Drug product.
