Hi all! Can anyone please suggest a commonly used human cancer cell line with high expession level of WNT1?

"To understand further the role of upstream Wnt-1 signaling regulation in human colorectal cancer, we first examined the Wnt-1 expression at the protein level using a monoclonal anti-Wnt-1 antibody that we recently developed (He et al., 2004) in colorectal cancer cell lines: SW480 and HCT116 (containing mutations in APC and CTNNB1, respectively) (Korinek et al., 1997; Morin et al., 1997). We found overexpression of the Wnt-1 protein in both cell lines examined (Figure 1a)."

Seems good candidates and both are easily available and widely used.
MCF-7 is another common used cell line for wnt1

Jonas, Amos thanks for the answers! We have these cells on hands. I'm going to test qPCR oligos for wnt1. So far in most cells the wnt1 level was barely detected.
if you have more of the so called "non-agressive" breast cancer lines, test them as well... I mean cells more like MCF-7 and less like SKBR3...
I hope you are also sure about the primers?
Oh and another cell line which just popped into my head is MiaPaCa-2
