Hi,

I am doing cell cycle comparison in HEK cells between my control Vs. treated cells. In my treated cells, there is almost no change in G1, 10-12% decrease in S-phase and 5-6% increase in G2M phase compared to control. (same pattern in 24h and 48h timepoint). 

How do I interpret the data? Could it be because of delayed progression from G1 to S?

P.s: the cells were asynchronised and I was interested to check the cell cycle distribution as in my 'treated' sample proteomics data, several MCM proteins were significantly enriched. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
