I have been trying to analyse my RT PCR data but I am not able to do so, can anyone offer advice?.
If you would give more details, people can surely help you. So, what have you done, what kind of analysis are you thinking about and so on...
There is a problem on which part of the RT-PCR?
extraction?
cDNA synthesis?
PCR amplification?
sequencing?
I agree with Praetorius. You should give more details.
I have isolated mRNA and synthesized cDNA using cDNA synthesis kit.I have run my reaction in Corbett rotor gene 6000.But i do not know how to analyse this data after run and how to check amount of expression of my genes of interest.
I am attaaching results of my reaction.
