In the laboratory we would like to reuse Elisa plates, but so far we have not found a washing technique that allows us to do so. Have you reused the plates? If so, what washing method is done? or is it not possible to reuse it?

I think you should not reuse your Elisa plates unless you are doing it for practice. I have been doing Elisa for the last 1 month and I have never reused my plates. Thank you

in my opinion, their are coated with combination of antigen for the structural and non structural HCVHIV HBV proteins are coated into microwells. we have done reaction only one time....
