I had taken 1ml of fruit juice in 10 ml methanol to prepare the extract for antioxidant. Then I took 0.1 ml of that extract and mixed it with 0.5ml of DPPH and 0.1ml of methanol. Then after 20 minutes, I took the reading at 517nm, by taking methanol as blank and as well as control. From spectrometer reading, I got the concentration in microgram per ml. So, now I am confused should I do statistics on the basis of microgram/ ml or convert it to mg/g. If I have to convert it to mg/g, then how to do that. As at the end in 1ml solution, the extract was only 100 microliter. One more thing if I have to convert it to mg of Trolox equivalents per g of dry weight, how to do that. I have not found any literature reference regarding the same.
I will really appreciate it if anyone can help me regarding the same. Thank you.
Unit of antioxidants depend on the amount presented in the sample, ug/ml or umol/ml or any other would be okay I think.

I think you should work with mass per volume instead of diluting 1mL of extract with 10mL methanol. What's the exact mass of juice in 1mL of the juice solution? The answer to this question will help you to arrive at the answer you desire!
