can creativity nurturing be compelled ? how and why in support of your answer ?

Sandeep Savitaprakash Sharma Sandeep, I know nothing about education in African countries. However, if you follow Abdul Kalam, my ideas, those of Alaskan eskimo artists or the traditions of Japanese art and design you will miss the nature of creativity. Creativity is about people not ideas. Not particular methods of teaching. Creativity is part of and evolves with the culture and the sensibilities of its people. Taking Kalam’s description or mine and implanting into your culture, into your people’s sensibility will make them evolve with one narrow and foreign view. Creativity thrives on variety.
Teach to one style and you get one group following similar ideas. —— My first suggestion the environment matters more than ideas. You need an environment that is enhances play.
Ignore whats right. Stop testing to one standard.
To achieve variety….please, please do not assume we think and imagine the same. People think in a variety of verbal and visual forms. Like verbal communication there’s an immense form of visual communication. In addition people think and communicate mathematically and silently with hand gestures. Equally common we think and express ourselves in song and music. A farmer, house painter, street cleaner can be as creative as anyone else.
In my experience our children begin inherently creative. And a combination of learning to “fit into” the adult classroom and preform to our tests slowly ruins creativity. We learn to fit in, be like our friends and parents; along the way have same ideas as one another.
My second suggestion is stop teaching. Get out of the classroom. Get out of the way of the children. Let them explore without telling them what their experiencing. Or suggesting / defining forms of expression. Stop being a giver of knowledge. Explore as equals.
Create an environment that nurtures questions and exploring. The goal is student and teachers working together and both engaged in wondering. create a sense of wondering what will happen if…..???”
Give emphasis to learning how to learn and how to try things while not knowing how to make things or know any way to think about it.
One thing thats important is imagining and wondering is a way to explore. Its a “map” to get us into creative expression. With emphasis on “get us somewhere”. Creative expression is a unique exploration. Its what happens after we wonder. There is no right or wrong way to proceed. Things we imagine often lead to dumb stuff.
Teach people how to look, read or listen to what they made. The most important thing we learn and can teach is what to do next. And how to proceed when nothing works. In my opinion the greatest thing we can share with one another at literally any age is willingness to help make a plan for what to do next when nothing works, nothing makes sense.
Oh and by the way. You’ll ruin creativity by planning and compelling it. Compelling is the antithesis of the subject !!
в любом деле, принуждение приводит к отрицанию. Креативность развивается с раннего возраста в зависимости от условия жизни и окружающей среды. Против воли ребенка /не важно возраст/ заставлять выполнить креативные вещи, равносильно, заставить маляра написать картину. Поэтому на мой взгляд, принудительный метод никогда не приводить к положительным результатам.

in any case, coercion leads to denial. Creativity develops from an early age depending on living conditions and the environment. Forcing a child to do creative things against the will of a child (no matter the age) is tantamount to forcing a painter to paint a picture. Therefore, in my opinion, the forced method will never lead to positive results. this is what you have to answer.
yes creativity nurturing can be indirectly compelled ,by generating an environment that fosters creativity, by lighting a spark that ignate the internal motivation, and continous support to learning agility.
