Still Rafal is right. Arsenic is not a metal but a metalloid. Urfortunately over the past decades many people (with an insufficient chemical knowledge) have described it a a heavy metal, which it is Not!

So, what is the reason behind characteristic disposition of that metalloid over copper strip?
