Hi Julio, I'm ok and you?

Yes I used it to amplify a 3kb fragment from opium poppy. It is very fast and reliable.

I am also fine! Ejoying the chalenges of doing science in Brazil!

I was using Phusion and it worked well for me in some cases. However, Phusion is an expensive enzyme and I was looking for something cheaper like the one I mentioned. Q5 is as expensive as Phusion here. :-(
