I am using 5KC T-cell Hybridoma cell line in one of my T-cell receptor (TCR) studies and was wondering whether anyone have more information about their immunological characteristics. Like what type of co-receptors or adhesion molecules they express predominantly on the surface to promote more efficient T-Cell-APC interactions. The only thing I know so far is that they are TCR-alpha/beta deficient (White et al., 1993; Scott-Browne et al., 2009).
