I have a T-cell line that expresses Human TCR and I've being using anti-human TCR α/β (Clone IP26) to detect the TCR expressing cell population using Flow Cytometry. However, this antibody hasn't being working for Microscopy, probably because fixation masks or denatures native epitopes. Does anyone knows a better anti-human TCR α/β antibody?
Not sure about suitability for microscopy, but there are a couple of other anti-TCR alpha/beta mAbs used for FC that you may want to explore, like 10F499 from US Biological and WT31 from Invitrogen (Thermofisher-eBioscience). Our listings are here:
