I would guess you would have a problem with the insolubility of olive oil in aqueous medium. You would have to dissolve it in detergent or emulsify it.

Yes you are absolutely right Dr AB Shapiro. We need emulsifier for this. May be we can use gum arabic (gum acacia) and sodium deoxycholate for this.??
