Has anyone used MyoD as a driver for muscle specific knockdown of a gene and observed a change in beta-actin or tubulin levels?

I am wondering if anyone has used MyoD as a driver in mice (to knockdown a gene in muscle specifically) and has extracted protein, run a western blot and noticed in their KO group (when comparing to WT), a change in housekeeping levels that is not due to loading issues. All the samples were normalized, and ponceau levels of protein is even between groups.

we observed similar findings with MYOCD, a transcriptional coactivator, in smooth muscle cells previously known as smooth muscle MyoD.

Since B-Actin and tubulin are cytoskeletal proteins, they usually change with KD/OE of a powerful TF as MyoD or coactivator as MYOCD.

in such case, I would suggest using a total protein staining imaging as a control
