Has anyone tried subcellular fractionation using NE-PER thermofisher kit or ambion PARIS kit?

I used to get pure fractions using the NE-PER kit but lately I have been getting a lot of tubulin in my nuclear fractions even after washing the nuclear pellet thoroughly using PBS or cytoplasmic extraction buffer. Has anyone faced this problem?

Is there any other simpler way to check the purity of the fractions other than western blot?
