Has anyone successfully transfected T84 cells? I cannot achieve transfection efficiency >5%. Any suggestions would be great.

This is very unlikely but I would also suggest checking for mycoplasma.
We've had myco + cells which resulted in 20% without any optimisation.
no data for these specific cells, but Viromers are good for transfecting other colon adenocarcinoma cell lines (e.g. Caco-2, CT26, HCT116, HT29).

I am going to try the "avalanche transfection reagent" from EZBiosystem. Keep fingers crossed. Has anyone tried this before? Thanks.
