Has anyone run culture supernatants for Olink Target96 analysis?

Hi there,

I am trying to get some guidance on number of cells/volume of media and the expected protein concentrations to run an Olink inflammation panel on culture supernatants. If anyone has run this type of experiment I would be grateful for your tips and tricks!
