I work with DPSC, we are trying to implement a production method without animal proteins but we have been unable to stablish the cells after the digestion with collagenase with human serum and platelet´s extract; we are able to expand the cells with these supplement but the first step after the extraction from the tooth, we have been unable to obtain viable cells; any help?
