I asked to the scientific support representative of Promega Corp. and she told me they didn't check their equipment already to extract DNA from plants, and there is no support for it at the moment (So if I bought the equipment and it doesn't work to extract plant DNA I'll not have a refund or something like that).

So I want to know if there is someone who already worked with this equipment to extract plant DNA, I usually extract DNA from conifers (pinus, quercus, etc.)
