I'm doing a cost analysis for a PCR experiment and want to make sure I have left anything out that I may need. The list is currently as follows:
Primers, TRIzol Reagent, RNAse Free Water, RNAse Zap Decontamination Solution, cDNA Synthesis Kit, SsaAdvanced Universal SYBR Green Supermix
If anything is strikingly missing please point it out to me.
You may use Dnase 1. If your primer designs according to exon junction so you don't need Dnase1, but if not you need Dnase 1 too.

If you plan to single RT of the sample followed by qPCR analysis of several genes..then add OligoDT (in eukaryotes) and Random (hexamers/nonamers)

Make sure you select the right SYBR Green mix based on what type of samples you are dealing with and what conditions you will be using.
