Has anyone added bacterial tRNA with Rabbit Reticulocyte Lysate?

Hello,

Has anyone added bacterial tRNA charged with an Unnatural Amino Acid to Promega's TnT Rabbit Reticulocyte Lysate System? I'm looking at the Cosmobio CloverDirect kit but my protein isn't great in an e. Coli system.

I have contacted the manufacturer and am waiting for a response. But in the meantime if anyone cares to share their experience with either the kit or something similar it would be appreciated.

Hey, you might be interested in this paper.

In short, it works although the stability of the charged tRNA may be an issue.
