Can anyone let me know how to extract tRNA from adherent cells?

I want to isolate tRNA from adherent cells (DLD1) which will be used for further screening assays. is there any kit available or any protocol that I need to follow? Its a bit urgent.

Hi there,

I think Macherey Nagel Nucleobond RNA/DNA kit is OK. It is based on IEC and specificity of elution depends on the concentration of KOAc in the elution buffer (tRNA being eluted first between 0.4 and 0.6M).
