No you cannot get cancer this way, your immune system would destroy any cancer cells, although its unlikely any cells would get into your blood.

It is very unlikely that you would get any diseases through the mice and it is more likely that the mice might get something from you. Nevertheless I recommend you to contact your occupational health office and get a professional's advice on this.
