Hi, gift card for participation. On the Qualtrics website there are step by step instructions on how to set the survey up So it remains anonymous to participants. I need to create a Survey B - but my question is, is Survey B just a backend system generated survey in Qualtrics? What would it look like? I would need to include this survey in my Appendix if it’s an actual survey that I would need to setup. I hope this is clear, please let me know otherwise.
